How far along: 38.5 weeks

Weight gain: about 32 lbs
Maternity clothes: yes, and losing options fast :)
Gender: Boy!
Food cravings: chocolate, cheese, carbs
What I miss: not having to gain momentum with my legs to sit up in bed
Sleep: getting up an average of 1-2 times/night, sleeping okay, just a little lighter than usual
Symptoms: Pee a lot, tired, some pelvic pressure/pain
Best moment of the week: Finishing up my second to last week of work before maternity leave and spending time with Alan and Caleb, hearing baby's heart beat again at my appointment today
What I'm looking forward to: baby coming!!!! (as soon as the stomach bug has left our house- Caleb came down with it this morning. We're hoping that it doesn't get passed to Alan or I and that it doesn't last long for Caleb)

Valentine's Day
Alan got me 4 succulents and a lucky bamboo plant for Valentine's Day this year (he knows that I love plants, and can get longer lasting enjoyment from potted plants than flowers). He is so thoughtful that he got 4 to represent our growing family :). I used some old pots to replant them. What do you think? They are now sitting at my new mom's desk/work station in our living room. I can look at them and be reminded of our little family and God's beauty.

We were going to go out for dinner tonight (thanks to the Sheltons), but will be staying in due to Caleb's sickness. Hopefully we can take a raincheck! I think we will keep up our tradition of ordering in Indian food and perhaps picking up Coldstone or Cheesecake. I'm just so blessed to have a loving husband, sweet sweet son, and one on the way! Sometimes I get overwhelmed when I think about how blessed I am!

Day 35- Playroom

Thought I would post pics of the finalized "boy" playroom. The only thing I've added is a Cars table that Caleb got for Christmas. I expect to be spending more and more time in there over the next year!
